Effective date: July 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Frenkel Financial LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company, doing business as Producer Stack ("Producer Stack," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information in connection with the Producer Stack website (producerstackcrm.com) and the Producer Stack CRM web and mobile application, a customer relationship management, dialing, texting, AI, and quoting platform for licensed life insurance producers (together, the "Service"). This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, which governs your use of the Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
a. Account & Profile Information. When you register, we collect your name, email address, password (stored in hashed form by our authentication provider and never visible to us in plain text), phone number, National Producer Number (NPN), the states in which you are licensed, and, if you enroll under an upline or team leader, the agency/enrollment code linking your account to that hierarchy.
b. Client & Lead Information You Enter. The Service allows you to store information about your own insurance prospects and clients ("Client Data"), which may include names, contact details, dates of birth, addresses, health information relevant to insurance underwriting, income and financial information, and policy details. As between you and Producer Stack, you are the controller of Client Data. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right and any required consent to collect, store, and process this information, and for complying with applicable law, including state insurance privacy regulations and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), with respect to your clients' nonpublic personal information. We act as your service provider (processor) with respect to Client Data and process it only as necessary to provide, secure, and support the Service, not for our own independent purposes.
Sensitive information. Health information relevant to underwriting is sensitive personal information under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). We do not use health information you enter for any purpose other than powering the Service's quoting and underwriting-estimate features, and we do not sell it, share it for advertising, or use it to build profiles about your clients.
c. Commission, Production & Team Data. The Service allows you to record commission levels and percentages, policies submitted and issued, production totals and progress toward carrier bonus tiers, and (if you belong to an agency or downline) production visibility shared with your upline/team leader as configured within the Service.
d. Calling & Voice Data (Including AI Calls). If you use the Service's calling features (softphone, Power Dialer, or AI Sales Agent), our telephony service providers process the phone numbers you dial, caller ID information, call duration, call status/outcome, and (if you grant microphone permission) audio needed to place and connect calls. Depending on your subscription plan and the features you enable, calls placed through the Service may be recorded and retained for a plan-dependent period. Calls placed by the AI Sales Agent additionally generate transcripts, machine-made summaries, and outcome classifications stored in your account. You are responsible for call-recording consent and telemarketing-law compliance as set out in our Terms of Service.
e. Messaging Data. If you use the Service's texting features, we process the messages you send and receive (content, recipient number, sending number, segment counts), delivery status reported by carriers, inbound replies, and opt-out events. To support billing transparency and legal compliance we also maintain consent records (who consented, when, and from what source), do-not-contact lists (including numbers that reply STOP), and A2P 10DLC registration records.
f. A2P Registration Information. To register your texting brand and campaign with The Campaign Registry as required by U.S. carriers, we collect and submit business identity information you provide, which may include your legal name, business name, EIN (or Sole Proprietor identity details if you have no EIN), address, website, and contact information. This information is shared with our telephony provider and The Campaign Registry solely to complete and maintain your registration.
g. Billing & Wallet Information. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. We maintain your subscription status, invoices, prepaid wallet balance, and an itemized wallet ledger recording every usage debit (item, units, unit rate, and resulting balance).
h. Device, Usage & Diagnostic Information. We may automatically collect information about the device and app version you use, your operating system, IP address, and general usage or diagnostic data to operate, secure, and improve the Service. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics pixels (e.g., ad-network or social-media pixels) in the Service.
i. Support & Feedback Data. When you contact support or use the in-app feedback widget, we collect the contents of your message and related account context so we can respond.
j. Locally Stored Data. Some data (such as policy records, leads, quotes, and personal settings) may be stored locally on your device. Clearing your browser/app storage may permanently delete this information unless it has also been saved to our servers.
k. Gmail Integration Data (Optional). If you choose to connect your Gmail account, you grant the Service access to your Gmail messages for one purpose: identifying emails sent to you by the insurance carriers you work with and extracting policy status, underwriting, payment, and commission information into your own CRM records. We filter messages by carrier sender address and process only matching carrier emails; personal and non-carrier mail is never stored, analyzed, or transmitted to any third party. From matching carrier emails we store the extracted data fields (e.g., policy number, client name, status, amounts), limited message metadata (sender, subject, date), and a trimmed text excerpt, not your full mailbox. Where you enable outreach features, the integration may also request Gmail send permission so the Service can send emails from your address at your direction. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) with decryption keys held outside the database, are never exposed to your browser, and are deleted, along with associated ingested email data, when you disconnect Gmail or close your account. You can disconnect at any time in Settings or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
l. Google Calendar Integration Data (Optional). If you connect Google Calendar, we access your calendar events and free/busy information to sync appointments into the Service's Calendar tab and, where you direct, to create appointments. We request only the scopes needed for these features, and calendar data is deleted when you disconnect the integration or close your account.
Google API Limited Use disclosure. Producer Stack's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data (Gmail and Calendar) is used only to provide the user-facing features described above, is never used for advertising, is never sold, and is never used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Human access to Google user data is limited to cases where you grant explicit permission (e.g., support), where necessary for security purposes, or where required by law.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use Client Data for advertising purposes.
Underwriting estimates are not guarantees. The Service's AI-assisted and rule-based underwriting tools produce a general estimate of likely carrier classification based on the information entered. They are not an application, quote, or binding offer, and actual underwriting decisions are made solely by the insurance carrier. See our Terms of Service for the full disclaimer.
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with our telephony and SMS delivery providers as necessary to deliver messages you have consented to receive, and as required by law.
If you opt in to receive texts from Producer Stack, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, you can reply STOP at any time to opt out, and you can reply HELP or contact us at 920-422-7733 for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. We honor opt-out requests promptly and maintain records of consent and revocation.
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and messaging delivery providers, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We send text messages only to people who have given prior express consent. Our messages cover account onboarding, service and billing notifications, trial and renewal reminders, support replies, and (where separately opted in) marketing messages.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply; these are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing further. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact jace@frenkelfinancial.com or (920) 422-7733. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We share information with service providers ("subprocessors") that help us operate the Service, each of which may access information only as needed to provide their service to us, and each of which is contractually bound to protect information with confidentiality and data-protection obligations consistent with this Policy:
We may also disclose information if required by law or legal process (including lawful requests from telecom regulators and carriers), to protect the rights, property, or safety of Producer Stack, our users, or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, with notice to affected users where required by law.
The Service provides dialing, texting, and AI calling infrastructure that you use to contact your own leads and clients. You are solely responsible for complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state and federal Do-Not-Call regulations, state telemarketing statutes, permitted calling hours, and obtaining any consent required before contacting a person, including the prior express written consent generally required for artificial/prerecorded-voice calls placed by the AI Sales Agent. Producer Stack does not verify that numbers you upload or dial have been scrubbed against Do-Not-Call registries or that you have consent to call or text them; the compliance tooling we provide is an aid, not a guarantee.
Where call recording is enabled for your plan, you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable call-recording and wiretapping laws, including obtaining any required notice or consent from call participants in two-party/all-party consent states. Full responsibility-shifting terms are set out in our Terms of Service.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure, including encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encryption of data at rest (AES-256, provided by our database infrastructure), encrypted storage of OAuth tokens with keys held outside the database, row-level security so agents can access only their own records, and access controls limiting who can reach production data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we experience a breach of security compromising personal information, we will notify affected users and any required regulators as required by applicable law, including Wis. Stat. ยง 134.98 and other applicable state breach-notification statutes.
You can review, update, or correct most account information directly within the Service's Settings. Depending on your location, you may also have the right to request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the information below. We will verify requests using your account email and respond within the time required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
California Residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request correction or deletion of that information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA, and we do not use any analytics or advertising technology that would constitute "sharing." We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
Other U.S. State Residents. If you reside in a state with a comprehensive privacy law (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or Texas), you may have similar rights of access, correction, deletion, and portability, and the right to appeal a refusal, exercisable by contacting us below.
EEA / UK Residents. If the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or UK GDPR applies to you, you may have additional rights, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information below.
Your clients' requests. Because you are the controller of Client Data, privacy requests from your clients about data you entered should be directed to you; we will assist you as your service provider.
The Service is intended for use by licensed insurance professionals and is not directed to, and is not knowingly used by, individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from this Policy is subject to the dispute-resolution, arbitration, and class-action-waiver provisions of our Terms of Service.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective date" above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
